DSSupplies Refund & Return Policy
At DSSupplies, we care about our customers and want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before sending any items back.
Condition of Returns
All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached and packaging intact. This includes any boxes, bags, or accessories that came with the item.
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
We offer refunds for faulty or damaged items that arrive in unsatisfactory condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the fault. Once we assess and approve your claim, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If your item doesn’t fit or you’d like a different size, we’re happy to offer an exchange (depending on stock availability).
To be eligible, your item must meet our return condition requirements. Please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
We may refuse a refund/exchange for any items on sale or clearance. Once an item is used we cannot offer a refund/exchange please note we are also not responsible for any wear and tear damage as we do not manufacture the goods personally.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as DSSupplies cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels during return transit.
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow 3–7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive an email notification once your return has been completed.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered:

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at DsSuppliescontact@gmail.com or Message us on Instagram. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must go through the standard returns process.
Store Credit (Optional)
If preferred, we can issue store credit instead of a monetary refund. This credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire.
