Welcome to DSSupplies.ie! This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we deliver our products to you — including costs, delivery timeframes, and service coverage. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT) are typically processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information (if applicable).


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to addresses within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Standard shipping rates apply:

3. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over €150 (Republic of Ireland only). This will be automatically applied at checkout.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.


5. Delivery Issues

Missed Deliveries:

If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will usually leave a calling card with further instructions. It's your responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection.

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or missed delivery attempts:

  • We can resend the parcel, but additional shipping charges will apply.

  • Alternatively, we can refund the order minus the original shipping cost.


6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue promptly.


7. International Shipping

Shipping to the United Kingdom

We are pleased to offer shipping to customers in the United Kingdom.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping to the UK starts at £15 GBP.

  • Final shipping costs may vary depending on the weight, dimensions, and value of your order.

  • The exact cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Estimated delivery time to the UK is typically 2-4 business days from dispatch.

  • Please allow additional time during peak periods or if customs inspections occur.

Import Duties, VAT & Customs Charges

  • All import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and may be collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delays or additional costs due to customs procedures in the UK.

Important: Failure to pay customs fees may result in your parcel being returned or destroyed. If the package is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus original shipping charges and any additional courier fees incurred.


9. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item:

  • We will notify you of the expected availability date.

  • The entire order may be held until all items are in stock (unless otherwise agreed).
